Since 2023, YI-HSIN has sought to document the people around, capturing the ephemeral essence of their existence.
"Unveiling Portraits" project unfolds through oral narratives, where subjects reveal fragments of their life stories. Through a process of interaction and perception, YI-HSIN reinterprets these accounts, allowing the relationship between the observer and the observed to shift fluidly. In this ever-evolving exchange, she strives to capture the essence of the present.
